Paintings of Ch'i Pai-Shih. 1972? (based on the July 1972 dated biography written by L. Balamuth House, Long Island, New York; AND by the fact that all other materials found with this book were dated late 1960's, early 1970's.) 6" X 8 1/2" This book gives you an incredible 162 pages of images containing 216 plates, b/w and color; followed by again that many pages of description and discussion written in Chinese, along with a 2 pp. English texted biography. Inside is VG+. Outside we have VG wrappers protected by plastic sheath, and VG minus boards warping from improper shelving. Book reads as books in China do: Left to Right. Open and read "back" to "front." All text in Chinese except two page Biography written in English. Please use photos to properly quantify this book as my efforts to establish publisher and date are thwarted by my inability to read Chinese.
